You asked for it, you’ve got it! This year, we’ve got you covered on inventory! The Dealer Network is on its 8th year and the program will focus on issues from utilizing Just-In-Time stock and shipping vendors, utilizing co-ops or buying groups as opposed to dealing directly with vendors to when does an inventory management (ERP or POS) system make sense to implement. We’re also giving dealers more – the program now starts a day earlier, with a half-day afternoon program with a session and roundtable discussion on Tuesday at the Hyatt Regency Hotel which segues into the Dealer Networking Reception and a program at the Kentucky Exposition Center on the 2nd day. You will have the opportunity to network with your peers to identify key takeaways from each session and implement these new ideas into your business.
