The Louisville Housing Bureau is the official housing company for HNA 2011. If a company other than the Louisville Housing Bureau contacts you, please contact our office at (800) 558-8767 or (812) 949-9200 immediately. Show Management works to prevent the unauthorized solicitation of HNA exhibitors and attendees and will pursue these companies to prevent further contact.

To take advantage of special hotel rates make your hotel reservations by October 3, 2011. Any hotel reservation cancelled on or after September 26 will result in a $25 cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled on or after October 11 or failure to check in at your hotel will result in the first-night room and tax charges.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION in LOUISVILLE

In addition to taxi, bus, and trolley service in Louisville, GIE+EXPO will be running shuttle buses between select hotels, the airport and the Kentucky Exposition Center.
