Show Overview

The Hardscape North America (HNA) tradeshow is co-located with Equip Exposition. This combined mega industry event will take place on October 16-18, 2024 at the state-of-the-art Kentucky Exposition Center located in Louisville, KY. HNA has a dedicated area of the floor and a 6,500+ square foot Hardscape House adjacent to the exhibit hall.

Admission to the HNA show floor and Hardscape House/Outdoor Demo Yard is open to adults and children ages 12 and up.

  • Early-Bird Registration (Thru September 5, 2024): $25

    Standard Registration (Thru October 13, 2024) : $50

    Onsite Registration (October 14-18, 2024) : $100

    Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers, Suppliers, Ad Sales and Consultants: $450

  • Admission to the Hardscape North America show floor, Hardscape House, and the outdoor demonstration area is open to adults and children 12 and up. Attendees ages 16 and older with a valid driver’s license are eligible to operate equipment in the Hardscape House and outdoor demonstration area. Participation at exhibitor booths is determined by each individual exhibitor.

  • Hardscape contractors, landscape professionals, general contractors, dealers/distributors, landscape planners, design professionals, municipalities, industry students and facility managers.

    SHOW POLICY: No children under the age of 12 permitted at the show.

  • Substitutions may be made in writing prior to September 27, 2024. After September 27, substitutions must be made onsite.

    There are NO refunds for trade show only admissions. Cancelled additional education sessions will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee, until September 27, 2024. After September 27, all registration and ticket orders are non-refundable.

    Please send substitutions and/or cancellations in writing to HNA, 13750 Sunrise Valley Drive, Herndon, VA 20171 or email dhartung@masonryandhardscapes.org. There are NO refunds for "no shows".

    Your credit card will not be charged until your registration is approved by show management.

    CMHA BIA, and NSI are not responsible for expenses incurred due to cancellation of a program, course or event. If a course or program is cancelled, a refund of the full registration fee for that program will be issued after the event.

  • Parking is FREE at the Kentucky Exposition Center for HNA 2024. Lot A and N are the best lots for access to the exhibit hall.

  • Travel discounts are made available to all HNA attendees. Visit the Hotel & Travel page for discount codes and information.
