HNA Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to HNA by October 5, 2019. A refund, less an administrative fee of $50 per person, will be issued after the event. Substitutions are permitted from the same company at any time prior to the start date without penalty. HNA, ICPI, BIA and NCMA are not responsible for expenses incurred due to cancellation of a program, course or event. If a course or program is cancelled, a refund of the full registration fee for that program will be issued after the event.

HNA is not mailing badges in 2019 – all badges can be picked up at the onsite registration desk in the North Wing Lobby, via EXPRESS lanes with barcode in your confirmation email.

You are required to ask exhibitors’ permission before photographing products.

Parking is $10 per day. Lot A and N are the best lots for access to the exhibit hall. For additional information including RV parking go to the Kentucky Exposition Center's website.
