Hardscape North America 2025 Attendee Registration Sweepstakes Official Rules
1. How to Enter
To be automatically entered in the Hardscape North America (HNA) Attendee Registration Sweepstakes, individuals must complete their attendee registration for HNA 2025. Each valid registration qualifies as one entry. No purchase necessary beyond the standard attendee registration.
No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. A purchase or attendee registration does not increase your chances of winning. To enter without registering for HNA 2025, send a 3" x 5" card with your name, address, phone number, and email address to: CMHA, 13750 Sunrise Valley Dr, Herndon, VA 20171, Attn: HNA 2025 Sweepstakes Entry. Mail-in entries must be received by August 28, 2025.
Entries are limited to one (1) per eligible individual.
2. Sweepstakes Entry Period and Drawings
The Sweepstakes begins with the first drawing on May 23, 2025. Weekly drawings will be held each Friday through August 29, 2025, for a total of 15 drawings. One potential winner will be selected in each Weekly Drawing, for a total of 15 potential winners during the Sweepstakes Period.
Each Weekly Drawing will include all eligible entries received as of 11:59:59 PM ET on the Thursday immediately preceding that drawing. Non-winning entries will carry over into subsequent Weekly Drawings.
3. Prizes
Each weekly winner will receive a $100 gift card. The specific brand of the gift card may vary and will be determined by the show organizer.
4. Prize Claim
All prizes must be claimed in person at Hardscape North America 2025 attendee registration desk at the Kentucky Exposition Center during the show dates: October 22–24, 2025, in Louisville, Kentucky.
Unclaimed prizes will not be mailed, substituted, or awarded after the show.
5. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the email or phone number provided during registration or on their mail-in entry. If a winner does not respond or claim their prize by the end of the show (October 24, 2025), the prize will be forfeited, and no alternate winner will be selected.
Winners may be asked to provide consent for the Hardscape North America to use their name, likeness, company name, photograph, and/or statements for promotional purposes or announcements. Providing such consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving a prize.
6. General Terms
● By participating, each entrant agrees to these official rules and to the decisions of the show organizers, which are final.
● The sweepstakes is administered by the Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association, based in Virginia, which produces Hardscape North America.
7. Eligibility
The following individuals and entities are not eligible to enter or win:
● Non-exhibiting vendors, manufacturers, or suppliers
● Advertising agencies or media sales representatives
● Employees of companies exhibiting at HNA and Equip Exposition
● Employees, officers, or representatives of HNA, Equip Exposition, or any of their producing associations
● Employees of the Kentucky Exposition Center or any vendors providing services to HNA or Equip Exposition
● Employees, officers, directors, or representatives of any of the above entities
● CMHA officers, directors or staff
All entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
We used this attempt to try to increase the odds that the award will go to someone attending the show. ANYONE can register by submitting a post card, but they would not likely make their way to the convention center in Louisville to claim it if they are not attending. All good with this approach?
