What are the times of the show?

Louisville is on Eastern Time.
The indoor exhibits open at 9 each morning, Oct. 27-29.
(Dealers can get on the show floor at 8 a.m. each day.)
The outdoor exhibits open at 10 a.m., Oct. 27 & 28.
 

Closing hours:
Thursday and Friday, Oct. 27 & 28 – 5:00 p.m., indoors and outdoors
Saturday, Oct. 29 – 1:30 p.m. indoors.

What is the registration cancellation policy for HNA?

HNA Cancellation Policy
All cancelations must be submitted to Hardscape North America (HNA) in writing via fax or mail by October 20, 2011. A refund, less an administrative fee of $50 per person, will be issued after the event. Substitutions will be permitted from the same company at any time prior to the start date without penalty. HNA, ICPI, BIA and NCMA are not responsible for expenses incurred due to cancellation of a program, course or event. If a course or program is cancelled, a refund of the full registration fee for that program will be issued after the event.

When can I expect to receive my credentials
(registration badge) in the mail?

Badges will be mailed in September and October.

Is photography allowed on the exhibit floor?

You are required to ask exhibitors’ permission before photographing products.

Where can I park at the Kentucky Exposition Center and how much does it cost?

Parking is $8 per day. Lot A and N are the best lots for access to the exhibit hall. For additional information including RV parking go to the Kentucky Exposition Center's website.
