Shuttle Service

Free shuttle services are available and will provide transportation to the Kentucky Exposition Center, downtown Louisville hotels, and the Louisville International Airport. Specific routes and times are provided below.

The following Event shuttle routes will also be available:

Tuesday, October 20 – Welcome Reception: Shuttle routes 1-7 (as shown below) will run from 6:15 PM – 9:30 PM.

Wednesday, October 21 – Mulligan’s 5k Fun Run/Walk: Shuttles to the event will run from the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Galt House, Louisville Marriott Downtown, Omni and Hyatt hotels beginning at 6:15 AM. The event begins promptly at 7:00 AM. Shuttles will be available for return to these hotels when the race concludes.

Thursday, October 22 – Paristown Block Party: Shuttle routes 1 to 7 pick up at their usual hotels starting at 6:15 PM. From the KEC, direct buses will run to Paristown and back beginning at 5:30 PM, leaving from outside the North Wing and from the West Wing Pavilion shuttle location. A 6:15 PM bus also leaves from outside the North Wing at the KEC for people coming from the Women’s Leadership Reception. Shuttles will run all routes from 6:30 to 9:00 PM to service the Paristown Block Party.
