Louisville, KY — Creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation took center stage at the Kentucky Exposition Center on October 22 as the 2026 Hardscape North America (HNA) Awards recognized the year’s most outstanding residential and commercial hardscape projects. Contractors, producers, designers, and other industry professionals from across North America were recognized for their exceptional projects and contributions to advancing the hardscape industry.
The 2026 competition featured 135 project submissions from 25 U.S. states and four Canadian provinces, representing more than 2.2 million square feet of hardscape work. The projects showcased the breadth and versatility of today’s industry, ranging from intimate residential installations to large-scale commercial developments.
“Great hardscape projects are the result of collaboration, technical expertise, and an incredible amount of craftsmanship,” said Robert Thomas, Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association (CMHA) President and CEO. “The 2026 HNA Awards recognize the teams behind some truly exceptional work, and we’re excited to shine a light on the people who continue to find new ways to create beautiful, functional, and lasting spaces. These winners and honorees represent the very best of what our industry has to offer.”
The HNA Awards program is produced by the Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association (CMHA) and endorsed by the Brick Industry Association (BIA) and the Natural Stone Institute (NSI). The 2026 event was proudly sponsored by Hardscape Magazine, the voice of the hardscape industry since 2003, and iQ Power Tools, a leader in dustless, high-performance equipment for the construction industry.
