Shuttle Service

Free shuttle services are available and will provide transportation to the Kentucky Exposition Center, downtown Louisville hotels, and the Louisville International Airport. Specific routes and times are provided below.

The following Event shuttle routes will also be available:

Tuesday, October 20 – Welcome Reception: Shuttle routes 1-7 (as shown below) will run from 6:15 PM – 9:30 PM.

Wednesday, October 21 – Mulligan’s 5k Fun Run/Walk: Shuttles to the event will run from the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Galt House, Louisville Marriott Downtown, Omni and Hyatt hotels beginning at 6:15 AM. The event begins promptly at 7:00 AM. Shuttles will be available for return to these hotels when the race concludes.

Thursday, October 22 – Featured Concert: The following routes will run between noted hotels and the Kentucky International Convention Center (KICC) from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (please note these are different than the daily shuttle routes): Route 1 – Crowne Plaza Hotel and Kentucky Expo Center, Route 2 – Hyatt, Seelbach Hotel, Embassy Suites Downtown, Hilton Garden Inn, Brown Hotel, Route 3 – Omni Hotel, Hampton Inn Downtown, Fairfield Inn & Suites Downtown, Springhill Suites, Holiday Inn Express and Louisville Marriott Downtown, Route 4 – Cambria Hotel, Aloft, Moxy, Hotel Distil and Courtyard Marriott Downtown.
