With over a decade of experience in the hearth and outdoor living industry, he is certified by the National Fireplace Institute in both gas and wood-burning applications and has previously earned the Master Hearth Professional designation. William has worked alongside trade professionals on thousands of residential and commercial projects nationwide, providing guidance on design, product selection, and installation best practices. Bill is a self-proclaimed follower of Christ and enjoys being involved with his local church and men’s ministry. Based in Michigan, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife of 21 years and their three daughters.
